conditions that constitute our Shipping and Handling Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may arrive anytime between 7 am and 9 pm. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you’re not in when your parcel arrives,  the shipping courier will leave your parcel in your mailbox or on your porch. If this isn’t possible, it will be left at your local post office and they’ll leave you a card to tell you where it is.

Because Pompillon loves our passionate customers, we decided to offer free shipping in EU for orders over 40 euro.

Dates and deadlines announced by the Seller are to be considered as approximate unless a fixed deadline or a fixed date has been expressly assured or agreed. For this purpose, a separate written agreement between the Customer and the Seller shall be required. If the shipment has been agreed, the deadlines and dates of delivery refer to the point in time of handing over to the forwarder, carrier or third party entrusted with the transport.

The Seller shall be entitled – without prejudice to its rights resulting from the default of the Customer – to demand from the Customer an extension of the deadlines for delivery and service or the postponement of such delivery and service deadlines by the period of time by which the Customer fails to fulfil its contractual obligations with respect to the Seller.

The Seller shall not be liable for the impossibility of delivery or for delays in delivery if these have been caused by force majeure or other events unforeseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract (e.g. disruptions in operation of any kind, difficulties in the supply of material or energy, transportation delays, strikes, lawful lockouts, shortage of labour, energy or raw materials, difficulties in obtaining the required official approvals, governmental measures or non-delivery or incorrect or late delivery by suppliers) for which the Seller cannot be held responsible. If such events make it difficult or even impossible for the Seller to supply the goods or render the services and if such impairment is not only of a temporary nature, the Seller shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract. In the event of impairments of temporary nature, delivery or services times shall be extended and / or the delivery or service dates shall be postponed by the duration of such impairment plus a reasonable warm-up period. If the Customer cannot reasonably be expected to accept the delivery or service as a result of the delay, it shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract by giving the Seller immediate notice in writing.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If the shipping has a tracking number(s) it will be sent with the Shipment Confirmation and the tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most of the shippings are provided by an untraceable service, which means there will be no tracking information for the order (if traceable shipping is needed, it shall be required by the customer). Once the package has left our warehouse the order cannot be cancelled. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Delivery shall be on account and risk of the Customer. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If needed you could ask also our support in order to evaluate the shipping service.
